Job Description

  • Receiving purchase orders from all company divisions and inviting appropriate offers From all companies.
  • Evaluating the offers technically and financially and selecting the best offer in terms of fulfilling the conditions.
  • Evaluating suppliers by ensuring the suppliers' capabilities to fulfill purchase orders and requirements
  • Requests for quotations and materials questionnaire.
  • Issue a purchasing order and send it to the chosen supplier.
  • Coordination with the concerned departments within the company in the supply process
  • Preparing weekly reports to the direct administration on what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, and a statement of the prices.
  • Organizing and keeping procurement records and forms and entering them on the computer as Direct supervisor.
  • Recieve, Execute, and follow up all maintenance requests 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant major.
  • Preferably Male
  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
