Business Representative of Germany in UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Business Representative of Germany in UAE. This role involves inviting German investors to set up businesses in the UAE, focusing on IFZA but not limited to it. The representative will play a crucial role in strengthening business relations between Germany and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business opportunities for German SMEs in Dubai and UAE.
  
• Build relationships with local businesses, government entities, chambers of commerce, and industry associations.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis.
  
• Represent the BVMW in Dubai at business events and networking functions.
  
• Advocate for German SMEs' interests, provide advisory services, and support market entry strategies.
  
• Develop promotional campaigns and collaborate on marketing efforts.
  
• Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and organize business events.
  
• Engage in relationship management, member engagement, policy advocacy, and government relations.
  
• Ensure compliance with laws and manage risks.
  
• Evaluate performance and report to senior management
  

Requirements

• Strong background in UAE and Germany.
  
• In-depth knowledge as a German and Dubai expert.
  
• Fluency in German and English, German native preferred.
  
• Well-established network in Germany, ideally within the German community in Dubai.
  
• Valid driver's license and flexibility for job-related trips and relocations.
  
• Open-minded, flexible, customer-centric, and organizing skills.
