Job Description
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through technical planning and supervision.
Responsible for:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on technical quality and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and competitors’ technical advantages
- Conduct research on new technical tools and software for enhancing the technical execution process.
- Design proposals for prospective clients.
- Design solar energy stations and prepare the technical plan for execution.
- Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.
- Prepare and deliver all offers and client’s requirements for current and prospective clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Coordinate between the sales and the engineering teams.
- Develop, coordinate and implement technical plans and material designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Deliver all required reports to management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (or 2+ years experience in Solar Energy field).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability for hard work and results‘ achievement
- Dedication to long hours work
Candidates must have previous experience in the Solar Energy field and can execute the following:
- Designs through professional software such us PVsol, Helioscope…etc.
- Professional technical and financial proposals.
- Project's feasibility study.
Preferably:
- Previous experience in another Power Solutions field, such as UPS, transformers, is a plus.
- Car Owner
- New Cairo and surrounded areas resident
