Job Description

  • Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional oral communication skills with good writing skills.
  • Understands the main functions of the company’s systems: ERPs, Web systems, Mobile Apps, etc.
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to Ultimate Solution clients and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of clients’ issues
  • Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient command of both Arabic and English language 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills with active listening.
  • Detail-oriented person
  • Excellent multi-tasking, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts / terminologies in clear, concise, and natural language to clients.
  • Basic technical knowledge is required (Computers, Internet, and MS office).
  • Demonstrates effective communication, professional, and teamwork attitude.
  • Excellent performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity
