Job Description
- Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional oral communication skills with good writing skills.
- Understands the main functions of the company’s systems: ERPs, Web systems, Mobile Apps, etc.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to Ultimate Solution clients and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of clients’ issues
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

- Proficient command of both Arabic and English language
