Job Description

  • Conducting outgoing calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Record customer personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Conducting Meetings with Potential buyers
  • Finalizing Buying Process and coordinating with Developers
  • Conducting outgoing calls to prospective customers.
  • Ability to planning and organizing Projects' database (Hard-copy and Soft-copy) to ensure sales opportunity maximization.
  • Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate market-place.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.
  • Organizing on-site sales visits.
  • Attending and representing Property Hub in exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

Job Requirements

Min 2-years in the same position.

  • Real Estate Experience is a must.
  • Experience in Brokerage is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Talented and Self Motivated.
  • High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
  • Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
