Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments to target.
Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and challenges.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Communication:
- Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects.
- Communicate effectively with prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop strategies for targeting accounts and exceeding sales goals.
- Provide valuable feedback from prospect interactions to continuously improve the sales process.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
