Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments to target.

Lead Qualification:

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and challenges.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Communication:

  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop strategies for targeting accounts and exceeding sales goals.
  • Provide valuable feedback from prospect interactions to continuously improve the sales process.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation and qualification.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
