Job Description

  • Following up the implementation of the HR policies and procedures
  • Providing the regular reports to all concerned parties
  • Screening  candidates
  • Finding and communicating with different recruitment channels
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
  • Generating (issuing)official internal documents.
  • Support new employees with their onboarding process assist employees with their day – day requests employee’s relations matters. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 experience in HR
  • HR Diploma is a plus
  • Excellent command of English and excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
