Job Description
- Following up the implementation of the HR policies and procedures
- Providing the regular reports to all concerned parties
- Screening candidates
- Finding and communicating with different recruitment channels
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
- Generating (issuing)official internal documents.
- Support new employees with their onboarding process assist employees with their day – day requests employee’s relations matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 experience in HR
- HR Diploma is a plus
- Excellent command of English and excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
