Job Description
- Managing key dealers, Understanding of dealer behavior, Conversion of competition dealer, Growth at a dealer counters.
- Planning & Execution
- Monthly plan : Territory wise, Dealer wise planning, Security Deposit planning, New dealer appointment plans, Predefined Journey Planning for direct manager .
- Maintain strong relationships with Dealers and Distributors and to visit them regularly
- Exercise professional expertise on product and technical knowledge to ensure trust from specifiers.
- Monitor projects follow-up until award stage.
- Carry out regular site inspection to ensure customer are using Novo products as per specification.
- Prompt response to customer complaint as well as product enquiry Contribute to compile and is responsible from implementing required action plans to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Identify followed approval and purchasing process/work-flow.
- Compile and recommend product systems based on the project information gathered
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid Sales Experience in B2B environment
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability, to communicate in Arabic.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Ability to create short term sales results and long term customer relationships.
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience 2-4 years in the same field as sales
