Job Description
- Leading the development and execution of business projects that support the company's strategic directions, such as expansion, developing new products, and exploring opportunities.
- Guide cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Monitor project teams' performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that projects stay on track.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Presents reports to senior management on project status, including progress against objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Provide guidance on project management fundamentals to management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the food manufacturing or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on-time, within budget, and within the scope.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, PMP certificate or its equivalent is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
