Leading the development and execution of business projects that support the company's strategic directions, such as expansion, developing new products, and exploring opportunities.
Guide cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to.
Monitor project teams' performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that projects stay on track.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Presents reports to senior management on project status, including progress against objectives, budget, and timelines.
Provide guidance on project management fundamentals to management team.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the food manufacturing or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects on-time, within budget, and within the scope.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, PMP certificate or its equivalent is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
