Cisco IVR Engineer responsibilities include:

Application development using Cisco call studio, Voice XML, including Java/J2EE interface development and implementation
Cisco Customer Voice Portal Development
Cisco Customer Voice Portal Implementation
IP Contact Center Enterprise
Designed and developed multiple custom elements for Cisco Call Studio
Developed custom application to allow UCCX customers to run outbound-to-IVR dialing campaigns
Designed and developed custom self-service VXML applications using Cisco Call Studio
Designed and developed custom CTI OS agent desktop solution with integrations to multiple 3rd party applications
Developed multiple custom schedule/holiday management application for use with Cisco UCCX
Designing and configuration of Call Flow for inbound scripts
Configuration of IVR Scripting, CVP, Gateways

Must have 3+ Years’ experience
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT relevant
Hands on experience in Cisco Call studio tool and IVR application development
Cisco ICM scripting hands on experience
3+ years of Java/ J2EE development experience
Strong IVR development experience using Voice XML, JSP and Spring MVC
Good hands on experience in java, JSP applications, routing and CTI integration and implementation.
Core java + REST/SOAP automation and development
Good experience in Cisco Call studio, Cisco ICM, Java VXML IVR development skills with Voice XML, Java, Spring MVC, J2EE , SOAP, REST API's
