Job Description
- Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity
- Drafts legal opinions and legal researches.
- Conducts legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
- Drafts bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc
- Deals with official authorities.
- Fills and keeps the original sales and purchase contracts.
- Fills and keeps the legal department documents
- Dealing with investment organization.
- التعامل مع الهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية فى متابعة وتجديد السجل الصناعي ورخصة التشغيل وموافقة وزارة البيئة
- عمل التعديلات الازمة فى زياده القوة المحركة الخاصة بتشغيل الماكينات وذلك من هيئة التنمية الصناعية و شركة الغاز
- التعامل مع جهاز المدينة
- الحضور امام المحاكم والنيابات واقسام الشرطة فيما يخص اى مخالفات او اجراءات تقوم بها الشركة
- الرد على شكاوى العمال المقدمة فى مكتب العمل ان وجدت
- التعامل مع المخالفات
- متابعة التجديدات السنوية لكافة المستندات القانونية بالشركة ( البطاقة الضريبة - القيمة المضافة - السجل التجارى )
Job Requirements
- 2:5 years of experience.
- BS Degree in Law.
- Good command of both English & Arabic.
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft office.
