Job Description
- Ensure that financial information, analysis and reports are accurate
- Support the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics
- Ensure compliance with local/international accounting principles or regulations
- Manage the external auditor relationships
- Monitor and control the budget process
- Monitor cash management
- Manage and optimize tax
- Maintain key banking relationships
- Maintain a strong internal control environment
Job Requirements
- Valuable experience in Finance in various departments
- Worked in a global organization with multiple countries
- Experience leading and developing Finance teams, including remote teams
- Experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
- Education:
- Master Degree in Finance (Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting)
- CPA or equivalent (nice to have)
- English (required)
- Other languages (nice to have)
- Tools:
- Advanced Excel and other MS Office tools
- Finance ERP (Oracle, SAP ByD, SAP BPC)
