Job Description

  • Achieve a sales targets through prospecting for new clients and current client’s development.
  • Take over the responsibility for follow up export sales in several markets.
  • Monitor change in the international market situation and exports legislative requirements and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.
  • Resolve product or service problem and customer complaints.
  • Participate solving all problems promptly including writing a detailed report to keep on file.
  • Establish new as well as manage relationships with current main importers, traders and offshore partners to ensure meeting of their financial and order commitments to the company through close monitoring receiving market feedback and visits.
  • Penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in the different region.
  • Coordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve strategic goals of the company in export business.
  • Coordinate the issuance of periodical sales reports to senior management as required.
  • Gather and update information and market data of the targeted markets.
  • Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations with of shore importers.
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing customers and providing them with technical, sales and marketing support.
  • Develop good working relationships with various departments within the designated account companies (management, sales, marketing, operations/procurement, research and technical services).
  • Conduct product information.
  • Contact potential customers and sources of new business and developing plans to capture new business.
  • Complete quarterly reviews of customer business plans and submission of monthly expense reports according to established procedures.
  • Remain alert to competitor activities and products; collects samples, labels etc. and forwards to supervisor for comparisons.
  • Update the company's product list to suit customer requirements.
  • Working to develop sales mechanisms to suit the target markets.
  • Follow up deliveries & payments

 

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English Language.
  • BSc of Commerce or relative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a same position is a must
  • Relative experience in exporting agricultural crops, Fruits and vegetables is a must
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office
