Job Description

  • Creating a sales strategy to ensure that the market is fully researched and analyzed and that all potential sales opportunities are maximized. Areas to be covered include salons chains, clinics/hospital chains, doctors, government entities, hospitality groups, etc.
  • Sourcing new leads to increase the client base and boost profits.
  • To be proactive and aware of new products and brands in the marketplace and to be well informed regarding developments within existing companies/brands in the health and beauty market.
  • To promote and sell Furless courses, products and professional treatments to attract new clients, achieving and maximizing sales targets, whilst maintaining brand standards.
  • Represent Furless and provide support at launch events and brand events both on-line and in person.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop professional presentation templates and new business collateral for new business meetings/partnerships, events, and campaigns.
  • Build relationships, maintain connections and network with relevant business associations and partnerships online and offline, including networking events in order to be aware of future potential sales opportunities and to secure a constant and increasing stream of referral clients.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar field sales role with a successful sales track record.
  • Strong presentation and sales closing skills, with confidence in yourself and the products and services sold.
  • Experience of new business development strategy and prospecting.
  • Successful sales track record.
