Job Description
- Responsible to understand and draw up a customer requirement and recommend the right products or services to their customers.
- Responsible for presenting and explaining the Software Products.
- Provide the Sales Team with accurate customer information and technical requirements during a sales meeting.
- Responsible for Coordinating & Scheduling software Demos with the technical team.
- Responsible for preparing Cost estimates and Technical Proposals, Defining Scope of Work, Creating Timeline and Work-plan in reference to the tender book or Customer requirements.
- Responsible for following up on the lead until being Closed.
- Responsible for coordinating the project implementation Operations between the customer and the technical team in reference to Project’s SOW, timeline and P.O.
- Following up on the project’s implementation progress.
- Responsible for Handling the communication with our Software Partners include Pricing, Licensing and technical inquiries.
- Responsible for Handling the technical Communication with the customers based on the Coordination with the technical team.
- Provide Project Updates and feedbacks to whom it may Concern.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Business or any equivalent fields.
- Previous Experience in relevant fields.
- Good Presentation and Negotiations Skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Good English is a MUST
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in teams.
