Job Description
- Identify suppliers of goods and services
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Analyse invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
- Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive
- Attend meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favourable to the company
- Work closely with the Production & Development teams to understand details of procurement requirements
- Maintaining Files of all purchase documents, whether purchase requests, contracts, used forms, internal correspondence, and others related to the purchase process until its completion.
- Updating the lists of raw materials prices and actual costs periodically,
- Following up on any complaints about materials in terms of quality, follow up production and customers, and work to solve them.
- Ensure the accuracy of the shipping processes and all necessary procedures to complete the purchase process.

Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred commercial, business or supply chain management.
- Previous experience working as a procurement specialist in textile field (is a must)
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
