Human Resources (HR) Manager ( Saudi Nationality is a must)

Alyaum, a leading publishing company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR operations, including talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and regulations, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Alyaum's overall objectives and values
• Oversee recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring that Alyaum attracts and retains top talent
• Design and execute training and development programs that support employee growth and development
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Serve as a resource to employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners
