Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the head of film department calendar including meetings, appointments, daily tasks. 
  • Assist with the daily administrative duties (meeting minutes, email drafts, scheduling, updating the google calendar, and documenting any important notes during the day)
  • Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings, ensuring all requirements are made meeting venue, equipment, presentations, and preparing agendas.
  • communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues, and arranging refreshments.
  • Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post-meeting.
  • Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, permits if needed, car rental, and meeting schedules while traveling and completing expenses.
  • Drafting and writing high-quality reports and presentations for internal projects, when requested.
  • Find creative solutions for any problem or pass it to the head of the film department if needed.
  • Prioritizes the information and updates that will be communicated to the head of film department.
  • Structure the calendar of yearly events.
  • Support with information to keep the communication between the head of film department, employees, and clients easier.
