Job Description
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of the technical process for the Ads in all social media platforms.
- Developing effective media buying strategies.
- Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
- Optimizing the plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
- Setting social media plans with marketing manager.
- Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly and monthly analysis of all performance metrics .
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating website
- Ensure the website content creates a first class customer experience, while supporting Osmacom strategies and business priorities
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Work closely with the sales teams to identify market requirements and trends in order to continuously tailor content to the specific needs of our customers.
- Lead e-mail campaigns and execution of digital and related marketing campaigns.
- Research latest trends and best practices in the market/industry.
- Learn ,understand analyze & report the digital marketing methods of competitors and other leading industries, weigh and formulate an optimized digital communication plan.
- Hands-on experience optimizing customer journey and improving website conversion rates to grow profitable revenue
- Understand the best practices for UI and UX for E-Commerce websites, applications, mobile, and desktop
- Plan, monitor, and execute ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase conversion and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) to increase organic search visibility and ranking
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2/4 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Excellent in consulting, writing & editing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Digital Agency or E-commerce background Preferred.
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM .
- Media Buying / Google Ads experience SEM, In App, Youtube, etc...
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Experience with lead prequalification, list management, and digital campaign management.
- Marketing analytics, email marketing, landing page optimization, and copywriting/editing.
- Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent project management and planning skills; ability to work independently.
- Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-task, deadline-driven environment.
- Experienced in working with a cross functional team.
- Creative thinker, strategic thinker, problem solver.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, French is an asset.
- CRM experience is an added value.
- Experience in Graphic Design is a Plus.
- Understand the best practices for UI and UX for E-Commerce websites.
- An experience with Shopify websites is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics.
- Experience in using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, and Google Optimize …etc.)
- Knowledge of designing or optimizing e-Commerce Products.
- Experience in conducting UX Audits or heuristic evaluation.
