Job Description
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure successful project completion.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Maintaining cost control on site activities.
- Any assigned tasks from the project manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Arch Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate or construction industry.
- Alexndria Residents Only.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
