Job Description
For an alcoholic beverage company in AlGouna, Hurghada, we are looking for IT Helpdesk to assume the following responsibilities:
- Perform Backup Operations.
- Monitor and fine tune Infrastructure.
- Manage and track assets.
- Manage Service quality.
- Provide Help desk support and escalate reports to the IS Section Head.
- Determine overall system capabilities and systems mission or purpose.
- Identify interactions of the system with its environment and with other systems.
- Determine characteristics of users, tasks, and the environment, including challenging decisions and cognitive tasks.
- Evaluate feedback from users to determine whether changes to system requirements are necessary
- Schedule routine tasks to be run in fixed dates.
- Follow-up a list of tasks to be performed by help desk ticketing system.
- Identify task characteristics, interactions, and sequences
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in similar role
- BSc in Engineering / Computer Science
- MCSE/ MCSA
