Al Solaimaneyah City asks for Engineers Contracts & Purchasing ( civil or architecture )
- Invite, assess, and award/recommend subcontractor tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
- Preparing high-quality tender documentation and contracts.
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Controlling the purchasing budget.
- Resolving disputes and claims with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving subcontractor performance
Job Requirements

- B.Sc in Civil / Arch. Engineering.
- 10-15 years in a similar field.
- Very Good Leadership Skills.
- Excellent English Language.
