Job Description
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering prefer Cairo, Ain shams University.
• Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.
• Design creative.
• Developing architecture in line with client's needs.
• Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative and functional design.
• Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of an architectural application.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
• Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.
• Provides CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of working experience in design feild.
- Proven Track record of experience in Design and Technical Design Development of projects.
- residential buildings Experience is a MUST.
- Awareness of relevant codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Knowledge of relevant details and material specifications.
- Familiar with all phases of design and construction.
- Revit Experience is a preferred .
- High computer skills with 3-D modeling and AutoCAD software.
- Strong organization skills including planning.
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
- Dynamic and initiative person.
