Job Description
- Strong Amadeus knowledge
- Experience not less than 7 years
- IATA training and certification
- Experience in the ticketing field is a must especially in (Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets in addition to confirm and modify flight reservations).
- Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.
- Living in Giza or 6th October or nearby easy access locations
