Job Description
Sales Team Leader is required for Bevatel company (Hojuzat project for Travel and Tourism)
- Make budget and sales plan for the markets under your regional sales scope, including (countries, agent list, products, incentive…etc.).
- Bench the market for competitors’ products and packages related to our destinations.
- Responsible for Sales Team.
- Coordinating with the product team of each market to obtain the packages to submit to the agents.
- Coordinating between agents’ requests, operation and product team.
- Reply and follow-up on all agents inquiries on time with high professionalism.
- Handle unforeseen problems, complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Achieve monthly / quarter target calculated by the management.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to Management.
- Set monthly KPI's and monitor quality.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience at the same position.
- Previous experience in the #Saudi Market is a MUST.
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Online Booking systems)
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best deals.
