Job Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter, etc….
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Generating sales leads that develop into our customer list.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and providing advice on purchasing products or services
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Meet personal/customer service team company targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Act as an account manager to our clients.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Proficient with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts
- Solution-oriented and creatively helpful
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism during a stressful situation
- Age: 21 – 30 years old
- Experience: 1 - 3 years
- Good communication skills
