Job Description
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage the organization’s LMS, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Stay current with L&D trends and technologies to enhance training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3years of experience in learning and development or instructional design.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Certification in L&D or instructional design (preferred).
