Job Description

 

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.
    • Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  2. Coordination and Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals (Tenders and submittals).
    • Preparing the pre-qualifications and customize presentations as per the work needs and sales request.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and customer information.
    • Updating the reference list monthly.
  5. Sales Orders Mentoring:
  • Coding the purchase orders for the supply and install and supply only.
  • Coordination order processing and fulfillment insuring timely delivery for all   official documents to planning team. And adopt any kind of modification needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or related administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and managing sales documentation and reports.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for sales process optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving client and team issues.
  • Familiarity with the audio technology, light current, or security systems industry is an advantage.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all business interactions.
