Job Description
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.
- Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals (Tenders and submittals).
- Preparing the pre-qualifications and customize presentations as per the work needs and sales request.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and customer information.
- Updating the reference list monthly.
- Sales Orders Mentoring:
- Coding the purchase orders for the supply and install and supply only.
- Coordination order processing and fulfillment insuring timely delivery for all official documents to planning team. And adopt any kind of modification needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or related administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and managing sales documentation and reports.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for sales process optimization.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving client and team issues.
- Familiarity with the audio technology, light current, or security systems industry is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all business interactions.
