Job Description
- Develop helpful plans that will target new and prospective Clients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience.
- Prospect for new clients in person and over the phone, growing client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Respond to complaints, resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction, and maintain the company’s reputation.
- Handling client quotations.
- Report to the Account director.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
- Ability to increase customer engagement.
- Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office.
- Advertising & Exhibitions market knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficiency in English
- 1:3 years of experience
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or related.
