Job Description

  • Develop helpful plans that will target new and prospective Clients.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience.
  • Prospect for new clients in person and over the phone, growing client base.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Respond to complaints, resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction, and maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Handling client quotations.
  • Report to the Account director.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • Ability to increase customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office.
  • Advertising & Exhibitions market knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management, analytical, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • 1:3 years of experience
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or related.
