Job Description
- Have a Very good background in MEP design (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing Systems).
- Minimum of 3+ years utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD family is a must.
- Create BIM System Families & Templates
- Create & Develop Dynamo Code to accelerate Jobs
- Have Excellent Experience in The Production of Shop-drawings.
- On-site construction experience would be desirable
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong written, verbal communication in English is essential.
- Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.
- Has experience in the same position for at least 2 years.
- Has good experience in different types of projects such as mechanical facilities, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, etc.
- Experience in large scale and complex projects is desirable.
- Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills.
Job Requirements

- Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes.
- Complete assigned work on time and instruction from the project lead
- Prepare project deliverables with attention to detail
- Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.
