Job Description
- Reaching and achieving set planned targets.
- Daily presence in all shops to follow up on sales versus pre set targets.
- Responsible for all sales activity on the sales floor during the day.
- Support sales and operational tasks in the store (Cashier, sales , display ,stock).
- Following up on merchandising and making sure using the Plano gram method.
- Following up on cleanliness of all shops.
- Replenishment ( making sure that all shops are in full stock all the time by correct planning of replenishment)
- Receiving the ordered stock from the warehouse supervisor and matching the invoices with the received one.
- Following up on the stocks located in warehouses and in shops as well for each product
- Ensure executing the Promotional plan of each product.
- Monitoring competitors in pricing and promotional activities .
- Sending a weekly report with sales, stocks, merchandising and expiry dates.
- Coach, lead, motivate and evaluate staff performance.
- Orient staff on all technical specifications of the job and responsible for (OJT) on job training.
- Implementation of internal rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- +5 years experience in Retail/FMCG/Duty free/Domestic market
- 2 years in supervisory level and managing team
- Excellent command of English language and extra language is a plus
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
