Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- Receive all inquiries and complaints received from customers and promptly respond to them.
- Good dealings with the inquirer, with the inquirer or the complainant, in a manner that suits the nature of the inquiry or complaint and in a manner befitting the position of the company.
- Provide real-time support to steel/panels sales team.
- Writing a daily report on what policies and instructions related to customer service have been implemented and approved by the Marketing and Sales Director and their implementation of the work.
- Responsible for keeping all records of the quality forms related to customer service instructions, and all his works are subject to internal review.
- Follow-up of customer payments and coordination with financial management, to ensure customer deliveries.
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule of customer deliveries and keep the sales team informed of urgent shipments. Asking the sales team to verify site readiness before delivery.
- Follow-up sales documents on ERP software and solve open problems (pricing, materials "....)
- Customer / logistics support:
- Own customer inquiries from initiation to resolution.
- Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, payment delays and delivery issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and guide corrective actions to be implemented.
- Investigate shipment delays, product damage or loss, and guide actions to support customer release products and original shipping documents.
- Accounting and admin support:
- Manage mail and courier including; product samples, promotional catalogues and other material.
- Arrange meetings with customers and associate suppliers, taking meeting minutes and follow agreed actions.
Job Requirements
- Academic qualification: - An appropriate high qualification
- Work Experience Experience 1: 3 years'
- Excellent management and coordination skills.
- To have high negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with computer applications, especially Office programs.
