Job Description
- Preparation monthly payroll.
- Preparation monthly overtime shifts and visits.
- Supervise employee C&B programs including medical insurance, and social activities
- Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefits scheme are aligned with ASSIH policies and Salary structure
- Maintain all employee’s financial requirements to be correlated and labor law requirements.
- Responsible for payroll taxes and finance reconciliation.
- Responsible for updating Employees Bank account.
- Responsible for updating Employees annual leaves tracing system.
- Processing employee requests (HR letters, Salary Certificates etc……)
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Certification: HR Certificate or Diploma
- Experience: Preferably experience from 4 to 6 years in Human Resources.
- Skills: English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency, Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills
