Job Description

  1. Preparation monthly payroll.
  2. Preparation monthly overtime shifts and visits.
  3. Supervise employee C&B programs including medical insurance, and social activities
  4. Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefits scheme are aligned with ASSIH policies and Salary structure
  5. Maintain all employee’s financial requirements to be correlated and labor law requirements.
  6. Responsible for payroll taxes and finance reconciliation.
  7. Responsible for updating Employees Bank account.
  8. Responsible for updating Employees annual leaves tracing system.
  9. Processing employee requests (HR letters, Salary Certificates etc……)

 

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor degree
  2. Certification: HR Certificate or Diploma
  3. Experience: Preferably experience from 4 to 6 years in Human Resources. 
  4. Skills: English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency, Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills
