Receiving the inquiries from the pharmaceuticals factories and looking for supplier for each required material.
Arranging for orders from approved suppliers after got suitable price.
Follow up for the shipment, release & customs
Prepare factory annual plan.
Maintaining and building relationships with suppliers
Receives, analyzes and processes forecasts and orders
Manages inventory and deliveries and supports new product launches
Ensuring delivery to end customers and developing processes to ensure delivery security
Coordinate and provide proactive solution of delivery problems through effective coordination and communication in close cooperation with the planning teams, production sites and customers
Mitigation and avoidance of future delivery problems through thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
Ensure post-launch reviews are held on time for all new launches.
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
Comply with the company local regulations, policies and procedures

Preferably bachelor’s degree on a related field (Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain, or Business Management)
Supply Chain Planning experience 2 to 3 Years + in similar position
Age is not exceeding 28 Years.
Experience in Pharma manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations
Effective and diplomatic interpersonal and communication skills
Resilient individual, able to function in a dynamic and changing corporate environment
