Job Description
- Identify and acquire new customers and accounts.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and mange meetings.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
- Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance.
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients and address customer needs
- Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management
- Responsible for market research when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
- Minimum 3 years as prior experience in B2B sales.
- B2B background with Plastic, raw materials or petrochemicals selling experience industry (Must)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships; gain trust, and respect with business partners
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent command of English language spoken and written.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance at all times
