Job Description
The chosen s/he will be responsible for:
- Calling interested/potential clients through daily fresh leads, plus cold calling.
- Understanding customer background & needs and well define the customer requirements.
- Offering our services to clients and advice on the best fit service/package to them.
- Responding to customers’ inquiries and updates about services.
- Active attendance of weekly training sessions, activities, and meetings by sales team.
- Closing sales and achieving the monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers till registration.
- Updating customer data and presenting sales reports to sales manager.
- Proposing new features or ideas to enhance and develop the sales and business.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to clients
Working Location: Nasr City.
Working Hours: 9am to 5:30 pm , 2 days of a week (Friday & Saturday)

The best fit candidate should be:
- Age no more than 25 years old.
- Females or males.
- University degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of a proven work experience as a Tele-sales Agent.
- Cairo residents only
- Good command of the English language.
- Good user of MS Office Kit.
- Knowledge of the digital market is a plus.
- Excellent communication, selling skills and Customer care skills.
- Excellent Effective listening skills and open to feedback.
- Social, lovely and friendly personality.
