Job Description
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer messages on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Answer customer inquiries about services, prices, and offers in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and follow up with clients when needed.
- Book and manage client appointments and cancellations through the salon’s booking system.
- Coordinate with the beauty team to ensure appointment accuracy and availability.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional communication style with all clients.
- Keep records of client inquiries, feedback, and appointment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or social media monitoring role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working onsite in New Cairo, First Settlement.
- Knowledge of beauty/esthetic services is a plus.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and social media platforms).
- Working hours is everyday from 11 am to 8pm except a Day (Friday is working day)
- AGE requirement: 21-26 years old
