Job Description
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle (attract, source, select and offer management) and drive a proactive fulfillment of business requirements through developing an extensive network/talent pool in the market
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Handling the training process (training needs analysis – training Plan – scheduling training sessions – keep accurate records of all training – individual & overall training evaluation – employee training record)
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years experience
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Age: 25 to 30 years max
- Manufacturing experience (FMCG is a plus)
- Very Good command of English language
