Job Description

 We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Make pictures for the new units and add it to the data list
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
  • Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for
  • Handle sales calls & leads.
  • Making market research about the? new projects in the market.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate 
  • Very good command of English   
  • Preferably to be a car owner.   
  • Organized and active.       
  • High presentation skills.         
  • Have knowledge in the real estate field.
  • Talented and Self Motivated.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
  • A proven track record of sales
