Job Description
- Design and implement innovative teaching methods and instructional materials to engage students in the learning process.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and critical thinking.
- Integrate real-world case studies and industry examples into the curriculum to enhance practical application.
- Develop and administer assessments, exams, and projects to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, visual merchandising and digital marketing trends and incorporate them into the curriculum as relevant.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students, assisting them in developing their marketing and visual merchandising skills.
- Participate in school meetings, committees, and professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Male/Female Maximum Age 35 Year.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably at a pedagogy level or in a professional training setting.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
