Fashion Training Intern

Working within the Training department, your role will be to assist on Training administrative and day-to-day tasks.

Your main responsibilities are:

DIGITAL LEARNING

• Creating digital learning journeys using our digital platforms
• Supporting & troubleshooting with all Digital learning platforms (Bloom/ IFL) for 300 learners
• Supervising and animating online learning content and communities
• Reporting on digital learning KPIs relating to digital learning platforms, using conditional formatting in Excel

SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

• Supervision and management of all sample movements
• Continuous organization of the Fashion School & Stock room
• Twice annual inventory with Finance team
• Daily updating of digital sample tracking systems (new deliveries, cleaning, sample movements etc)
• Thorough tracking of invoices in collaboration with Finance & Logistics
• Manage the samples exit process twice annually

TRAINING / EVENTS

• Assisting with the organization of events including training seminars, collection trainings and meetings
• Assisting in the creation and production of training tools
• Assisting with Paris seminar organisation including reservations, destination research & itineraries
• Organization and distribution of training tools (physical and digital)
• Assist in responding to retail requests from Training ambassadors
• Supporting with all administrative tasks

You have a degree and / or a knowledge of Retail. You have had a first internship in an International Company. You have good knowledge of the Luxury industry. You have strong Excel skills and a high level of organizational skills.

Your strong interpersonal, communication and digital skills will be key to succeed in this position.

English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
