Job Description
- Support in Studying Rfps/ Rfqs and Prepare Proposals for the Projects – Such as Special
Service Delivery Terms, Start Date, Estimated Project Duration and Timeline, Costing Inputs,
Etc. (Based on Available Resources vs. Current Projects). - Ensure That as Each Stage is Concluded Its Related Payment.
- Prepares Periodic Site Progress Report to Be Submitted to the Pm and Gm.
- Can Take Part in Interviewing and Hiring Contractors for Proposed Projects.
- Attend and Participate in Board Meetings/presentations Regarding Firm Performance.
- Coordinate With the Technical Office Team and Chief Designer Regarding the Progress of
The Projects. - Handle the Sites’ Work Planning and Oversee the Purchase of Necessary Materials and
Equipment. - Monitor Sub-contractors, Check Materials and Supervise Quality Control.
- Ensure That the Project is Delivered on Time and on Budget and Agreed Standards.
- Handle Site Survey Activities as Requested by the Technical Office.
- Maintain the Application of Health and Safety Regulations and Periodic Inspections to
Ensure That the Rules Are Followed. - Deal With Any Unexpected Problems That May Occur While Working on the Project.
- Coordinate Internal and External Resources to Ensure That Projects Adhere to Scope,
Schedule, and Budget. - Planning and Creating the Construction Time Schedule.
- Balancing the Project Budget.
- Maintaining Project Documentation.
- Handle Any Issues That May Arise During the Project Life Cycle.
- Collaborate With the Technical Team in Performing Value Engineering as Necessary.
- Inform Principle and General Manager of Any Unexpected Delay in the Project’s Timeline.
- Assigning Tasks to the Various Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Tracking Activities in a Project With Supervisors, From Beginning to End.
- Maintain and Monitor a High Level of Quality for the Projects Finishing Works
- Plan the Daily Activities of the Working Groups Within the Framework of the Specified Time
Programs. - Follow Up on the Implementation of the Planned Works.
- Handle the Obstacles That Face Implementation on Site.
- Presents and Discusses Progress for the Project Implementation, Implementation
Problems, and Engineering Aspects Related to Workflow, by Attending Project-related
Meetings With the Company’s Management. - Follow Up the Performance of the Project Workers and Direct the Engineers and
Supervisors to Guide Their Subordinates, Evaluate Their Performance and Motivate Them. - Perform Other Duties Related to the Objectives and Nature of the Job, as Directed by the
Top Management. - Ensuring Timely Completion of the Project to Build Client Satisfaction and Trust While
Avoiding Unnecessary Penalties. - Working Within the Budget by Adequately Estimating and Reviewing the Costs and Cutting
Unnecessary Expenses. - Procuring and Allocating Resources to Ensure There is No Shortage While Avoiding Any
Unnecessary Delays Caused by Management Decisions. - Managing Both Internal and External Risks Within the Project’s Lifetime, Such as Client
Design Moodifications and Compounds’ Restrictions, Which Directly or Indirectly Affect
The Project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering Field With Twelve to Fifteen Years of
Experience. - High Level of Accuracy and Strong Attention to Details.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Very Good Leadership Skills.
- Very Good Problem-solving Skills.
- Excellent Level of English Language.
- Thorough and Professional Level of Experience in Computer Software (Autocad).
- Excellent Knowledge of All Ms. Applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel…).
- an Ability to Prepare Schedules and Step-by-step Action Plans Solid Organizational Skills, Including Multitasking and Time-management.
- Strong Client-facing and Teamwork Skills
- Proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools Such as Microsoft Project and/or
Primavera. - Strong Attention to Deadlines and Budgetary Guidelines.
- Project Management Qualification (Pmp), Certified Associate in Project Management, or Equivalent Experience as a Project Manager.
