Job Description
Work closely with a cross-functional team consisting of technology and commercial members where he/she will be in charge of:
- Populating a thorough list of test scenarios to examine the quality of newly released mobile App features
- Compare the results of the test scenarios with the intended outcome
- Provide a detailed report with the testing results, highlighting areas of failure categorized into levels of severity (High, Moderate, Low).
- Work closely with the product owner to agree on the important scenarios to be tested with a focus on negative scenarios and what to expect when users do not follow the App’s instructions in the customer flow.
- Populate a list of regression test scenarios focusing on the critical sections of the App that requires re-testing with every new App update that is ready to be released into the market
- Provide continuous feedback to the product owner on areas of development for the App to better serve users’ needs.
- Become a reference point for all new and old features launched on the app by becoming a power user of the App.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, or equivalent.
- From 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent analytical & Presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and matrix environment.
- Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects.
