Job Description
- Responsible for the indoor activity of collecting, analyzing and archiving of companies deductions and report it to responsible unit
- Responsible for setting the targeted outcome of each reconciliation visit to reach the required final RR according to company trend VS utilization share, this is instead of current practice which is "utilizing any opportunity regardless it's weight and importance"
- Multi factorial analysis of companies trends for rejection, such as (per reason, per claim type, per claim revenue, per sub account, per period of insurance policy, etc..)
- Enhance reporting system of financial errors
Analysis financial errors per reasons and per department - Analyzing medical deductions per reasons per company and reporting it to insurance manager to do the required specific awareness to the auditors.
- Automation of OR reports and OR analysis reports
- Unification and system updates for OR reports
Job Requirements
Education:
- Medical Graduate “ Bachelor Degree Physician”
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in the same position
- Previous Experience in Healthcare organization
Skills:
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong customer service and convincing skills
- Situational awareness
