Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning sales activity, including participation in setting goals and drawing sales policies within the company, such as policies for products, policies for prices, distribution, promotion, and communication with target markets.
- Organizing sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective and good organizational structure because salesmen represent the link between the company and its customers.
- Executing the sales activities that were identified in the sales activities.
- Supervising the efforts of the salesmen and directing them in a sound manner
- Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, purchases, stores, production, and finance.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales activities, including defining sales areas, determining salesmen’s tracks, determining sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activity, evaluating the results reached, and taking appropriate corrective measures to advance and develop performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively
- From 12 To 18 years’ experience.
- Plastic experience preferred
- Good English in written and verbal communication skills
