The Role
- We are looking for a Senior Lead Developer who will become the cornerstone of our technology team. This is not just a job—it’s a unique opportunity to build Foozu’s tech foundations and grow with the company.
As our first technical hire, you will:
- Take ownership of the development of our product built on React Native and Supabase.
- Shape the technical strategy, make key architectural decisions, and ensure scalability as Foozu grows.
- Work closely with the CPO (Product Lead) to align technical execution with high-level business goals.
- Lead app deployment processes, including publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Be autonomous, proactive, and fast to react to new opportunities and challenges.
- Lay the foundations for a future team: mentoring and eventually leading new engineers as Foozu expands.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in software development, with strong expertise in React Native (mobile-first mindset) and backend/database familiarity (Supabase or similar).
- App Deployment: Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excited to build from scratch, adapt quickly, and thrive in a startup environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Understands not only how to build but also why—able to connect technical choices with business impact.
- Leadership: Comfortable being the first engineer, ready to scale yourself into a team leader as Foozu grows.
