Job Description
- Manage and supervise account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activities
- Help in growing company client list through proposing new PR activities
- Build strong relationships and networks with clients and third parties related to the clients
- Identify CSR initiatives to the company’s clients to meet their objectives.
- Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings whenever required
- Manage the PR crisis communication of the clients
- Analyze and evaluate media coverage whenever required
- Identify opportunities for clients through monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs.
- Supervise and Manage events, including press conferences and promotional events
- Market research on behalf of the client
- Assist in serving the company’s clients to the best of your ability to ensure their satisfaction.
- Supervise your group members deliverables and account management on daily basis
- Manage account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activities
- Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues in all departments like Media relations, monitoring etc.
- Evaluate the performance of account executives in your team
- Identify creative ideas to support the clients in their PR activities.
- Manage and Train account executives on the PR daily tasks
- Identify new potential clients through your various networks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, or related field.
- More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
