Export Sales Director

We are a Government Company - Net Monthly Salary: EGP 29000 (with no commission)

Position: Sales & Export Director

• Plan, direct, and coordinate: Direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities
• Responsible for: international & local sales of raw cotton product
• Analyze sales statistics, determine potential opportunities
• Partner with distributors in foreign markets, study market conditions, focus on customers preference, study competition, and focus on the edge to penetrate those foreign markets
• Establish training programs for sales staff using sales contests, and other motivational approaches
• Establish monitoring mechanism for sales forecast & prospect lists, plan territories, quotas, and goals for sales & export representatives
