Job Description
- Preparing the payrolls and what beyond to the all of the workers with their all Benefits and deductions.
- Deducting taxes from all of the workers.
- Deducting social insurance from all of the workers.
- Editing the financial increases for the workers who is decided to increase their salaries monthly with calculating the social insurance and taxes.
- Execute the annual increases related to the evaluations and review the gross payroll after the increase and including those increases.
- Making the monthly adjustments, the termination discharges , Compensation and bonuses and all the other benefits for all of the Egyptian and foreign workers.
- Supervising on arranging and organizing all the files and documents related to the salaries and payrolls in a printed copy and soft copy.
- Preparing the salaries gradation reports for the workers
- Preparing the needed reports related to the numbers of the workers and their salaries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce, Accounting section.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent command Excel is a must
- Excellent command of English
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Work under pressure
